Over the years I have learned that the most important thing we can do for you, our customer, is to care enough to find ways to make your ideas a reality.  You want someone to take the time to understand what you are looking for and respond accordingly; someone that cares and will address your concerns when there is a problem; someone that will take the time to listen and find answers when there is a question; someone to share your excitement and consider the possibilities when you have an idea.    

It is for this reason I believe every person at The Line Up must aspire to understand your needs and respond accordingly. “Your vision, our reality” can only be accomplished through a caring, meaningful working relationship.   

Over the years many of you have been willing to trust us with your ideas.  You have told us what you are looking for.  We have been fortunate to create your vision.  For this opportunity, we are extremely grateful.  You motivate us to become better at what we do.

Most recently we have noticed more organizations and teams are faced with budget constraints.  As the economy has changed, many of your needs have changed.  More and more of you are looking for less expensive alternatives that can be delivered in a more timely fashion.  For the person needing creative options, there are few choices available.    

Since 2006, all of us at The Line Up have watched this need grow.  As result, we decided it was time to make a commitment to offer more product options at lower prices.  After two years of hard work, we were pleased to successfully launch our new web store and have published our second catalog.

You may be wondering, “What makes The Line Up different than other costume catalogs or web stores?”   This is my answer:

- All of the product offered online and in our catalog can be ordered in your favorite fabric and style.  You are not limited by what you see.
- You often have special needs such as custom sizing or pattern alterations. We are committed to accommodate you.  - Our prompt responsiveness allows us to customize the garment to your specification and deliver group orders in 4-6 weeks and  individual orders in 2-3 weeks.

Deb Erickson has been the Owner and Creative Director of The Line Up since 1990.  She advocates customer inspired designs and services.  There was a time when she serviced customers and made most of the product herself.  Although this is no longer possible, she continues to take pride in and has an active role and ‘hands on approach’. She and all of the staff are focused on commitment to understand and deliver a product based on the specific needs of the customer.
